Of late, we have forayed into the luxury urban space segment with the launch of Privie range of premium 3 and 4 bedroom residences, with Privie Sienna being the flag bearer. Kumar Properties is active in creating Mega townships also.

One of our mega township is Megapolis, Hinjewadi. It is spread over 150 Acres of land and located at phase III of Rajiv Gandhi IT Park, Pune. Megapolis is a fantastic illustration of homes with contemporary.

Social Responsibility

·         Set up the Centre of Technical & Vocational Training (CTVT), which provides state of the art training &certification to train Building Site Supervisors.

·         Kumar Properties is proud to be supporting ‘Lakshya’ since its inception. Lakshya Sports is a non-profit Trust, which identifies and supports talented sportspersons from our country to help them achieve sporting glory. Lakshya is currently supporting over 40 budding sports champions in the six disciplines viz. Shooting, Chess, Tennis, Wrestling, Boxing & Cricket.

·         On 23rd June 2012, ‘World Blood Donors’ Day’, a blood donation camp was organized at Megapolis, Hinjewadi. This blood donation camp was supported by Jankalyan Raktapedhi, Pune. The camp reported active participation of 98 successful donors that included not only the staff members but also residents at Megapolis.

·         On 5th June 2010, ‘World Environment Day’ was celebrated at Park Infinia, Phursungi where a ‘Tree Plantation’ event was organized for staff members and residents of Park Infinia.
